Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from the Celegram shop at celegram.com, operated by NameStar (“Celegram”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and ship to an address in the United States.

Orders

Every product is printed on demand after you order. Your order is a request to buy; we accept it when we send it to production. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full. Because every item is made to order, you cannot cancel an order once it is placed, except when it will not ship within the time we promised (you may then cancel for a full refund). Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are covered by our Shipping & returns policy.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay, and sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

Product appearance

Product images are representations. Because items are printed individually, colors, print placement and sizing can vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Group cards

You can create, sign and receive group greeting cards on Celegram. Signing does not need an account. When you post a message, photo, video or voice note, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to store it, translate it for the recipient, and show it to the recipient and the card’s organizer.

• Only post content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that invades someone’s privacy.
• Organizers only invite people they know and who would expect the invitation.
• We may remove content or close cards that break these rules. Report a problem to support@namestar.com.
• Delivery times are scheduled in the recipient’s time zone; we aim to deliver on time but cannot guarantee delivery by email or NameStar at an exact minute.

Trademarks and content

Celegram, the Celegram logo and the content of this site belong to NameStar and are protected by trademark and copyright law. Buying a product does not give you any right to use our trademarks.

Disclaimer

Except for the commitments in our Shipping & returns policy and any warranties required by law, products and the site are provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
